If you cancel within 12 hours of your ride, you will NOT get a refund.

Ride must be paid for at time of booking. If you cancel last minute, you will not get a refund.
Payment can be completed via e-transfer to paydara@shaw.ca and/or via credit card (An invoice will be sent to you). Any gratuities can be paid via cash to the driver (s).

Prices are per vehicle and includes GST (Passengers can range between 1-7 or 1-4). Gratuity is not included
A one-way trip within the District of Invermere. This includes up to Castle Rock, up to Tim Hortons/Copper Point and Lakeview area. All other areas outside of this zone will be charged a per KM rate + a starting rate.
If in another town or your start and end do not involve Invermere, your minimum rate will be $20 + a deadhead cost for the driver to get to and from your location.
(I.E: within Radium, within Fairmont, within Panorama, within Edgewater).

If a driver needs to wait after they dropped you off until they drive you back again, a rate will be charged for each 15 minutes they are waiting ($60/hour) billed in 15-minute increments.
